
The Salesforce developer/engineer will be responsible for development of new product features and functionality within the Salesforce platform. Current projects involve working with Salesforce Flow, CRM Analytics, LWC and Apex, to create managed package products for our Salesforce customers.
Day-to-day activities will include:- LWC and Apex development – this may include research and implementation of Salesforce technologies to meet product needs
- Peer code reviews
- Agile ceremonies such as scrums, sprint planning, ticket estimation
- Bug fixes and feature enhancements
- Installation and configuration of products in client environments
- Troubleshooting issues raised by clients or SI partners
The Salesforce developer must be familiar with CI/CD processes incorporating SFDX and repository-driven development with systems such as GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket.
They must be able to work with various other verticals to integrate data and functionality into the Salesforce product, and work with a minimum amount of supervision.
Familiarity with Salesforce REST API’s and other integration technologies will be key to the success of the developer during day-to-day responsibilities.
Required Experience- SFDX/Visual Studio Code
- Development in scratch orgs as well as developer sandboxes
- Working with Jira tickets
- Repository-driven development with systems such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
- Apex development experience (controllers, classes, triggers)
